The only thing better than one delicious plate of pasta is THREE delicious plates of pasta. And on Saturday, April 26 at 12:00pm Chef Nydia Ekstrom, CEC, CFE, MWCS will be delighting the audience with a demonstration of three unique pasta sauces. For only $40 per person, you can enjoy a delicious lunch featuring a sample of each of these dishes along with salad, bread, dessert and coffee/tea. The event will be held at the Westwood Community Center located at 55 Jefferson Ave. in Westwood. Grab a friend for this tasty culinary experience.
Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Chef Nydia has over 50 years experience in the food service industry. She is a Certified Executive Chef by ACF for over 40 years. Nydika has done training for the culinary Specialist at the White House, VP’s Residence and Camp David. She designed and assisted with the preparations for Thanksgiving brunch at camp David. She has also been an active volunteer at Meals on Wheels North Jersey since 2021.
