On December 7, 2024, Meals on Wheels North Jersey staff and volunteers were thrilled to participate once again in the Westwood Home for the Holidays parade. The event was a wonderful opportunity to connect with the community and spread holiday cheer.

Leading the team in the march was our dedicated social worker, Allison Stevenson, driving her festively decorated 2021 Subaru Outback with volunteer Beverly Mancini riding shotgun and waving at the excited crowd. The car, adorned with lights and the Subaru Share the Love Event car magnet, was a highlight of the parade. Following closely behind was our trusty Meals on Wheels van, driven by our very own Nick Marisco.

The evening was filled with joy and festivity, bringing smiles to the faces of all who attended. Meals on Wheels Executive Director Janelle Larghi shared her excitement, saying, “We look forward to this fabulous parade all year and this year didn’t disappoint!”
